The Cross Guard really started with Roleta and was refined by Pe de Pano. This is a great guard DVD for small and large opponents alike , since the technique does not require strength, but finesse. You won't be disappointed.

Ronaldo "Jacare" de Souza was the most dominating fighter of his time. Having won 2 World Absolute Jiu Jitsu titles (beating Roger Gracie twice) he was probably the greatest BJJ competitor of his time and this DVD will show you why. He is meticulous in everything that he does, and then you can understand why he is a World Champion.
